UK'S First Zero Emission Home The Government has set a target of building zero emission homes by 2016. Meanwhile, the UK's first zero emission house has been unveiled. This achieves Level Six of the Code for Sustainable Homes, which means it is effectively carbon neutral.

Home Information Packs

Home Information Packs Home Information Packs (HIPs), requiring Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to be provided by sellers of homes, were introduced by the Government on 1 August 2007. Read about HIPs and EPCs here.
